Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for kids and student ministry (birth through high school), aligned with the church's overall vision.
- Plan and lead weekly programming for Sunday services and the midweek service.
- Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams across all kids/student environments, creating a healthy volunteer culture people want to stay in.
- Plan and execute VBS and Kids Month (July) each year.
- Ensure safety and security policies (check-in, background checks, classroom ratios) are consistently followed.
- Partner with parents as primary disciple-makers, equipping them with tools and resources for spiritual growth at home.
- Coordinate with the Young Adults Director to ensure a smooth transition for students graduating out of the ministry.
- Collaborate with the Creative Arts/Communications team to promote kids/student events and maintain brand consistency in messaging.
- Manage the kids/student ministry budget and resources.
